Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a family stay, which was great. However, they were unfortunately a bit dirty. The service was quite good, especially when they accommodated some of our requests, but being relocated due to renovations wasn't the most convenient. The location offered a beautiful view of the harbor with tall ships and yachts, perfect for shopping and dining out, but some parts had a musty smell which thankfully didn't reach the rooms. While the dining didn't offer much, the whole wheat bread rolls were a good touch.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and enjoyable overall. The 2-bedroom suite provided ample space to relax and hang out. However, it was evident that the rooms needed some updating. The service was a mix of experiences, ranging from professional and helpful advice to being relocated due to renovations, which did impact the convenience of the original location. The location was a highlight, right on Thames street, allowing easy access to nearby stores and restaurants, though some areas had a musty smell. The facilities were decent, with some areas showing signs of recent renovations.
The hotel had beautifully decorated, spacious rooms that were clean and nicely laid out. However, I struggled to keep the room comfortably warm. The service was professional but the inconvenience of being relocated due to renovations was a downside. The location was excellent, offering a view of the marina and easy access to all areas of Newport. The dining experience was limited to baguettes. The facilities were captivating with ocean views, a heated pool, and close proximity to various attractions.
